Who Are We?

SystemsX is a UK-based technology company specialising in intelligent automation and agentic AI. We help organisations transform how they understand, manage and act on customer interactions by combining machine precision with human empathy.

Founded in 2023 by Gareth Arnold and Liam Denston, SystemsX was created to close the gap between AI theory and real-world performance.  With decades of experience in technology, software engineering and operational leadership, our team built a modular platform that brings AI into everyday business, not as a buzzword but as a measurable advantage.
